At OliverSigns, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products or services once an order has been approved and/or fulfilled.
We take great care in ensuring that proofs and order details are reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify all design elements, spelling, dimensions, and specifications before approval.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Errors made after customer approval

Products damaged after pickup or delivery

General dissatisfaction due to customer error
